Excellent service

Matthew showed us around the property and was extremely helpful in supplying all the information we needed, he then conveyed any questions we had to the landlord and set up a meeting so that we could ask the relevant questions about what we could do at the property. We have had a lot of experience with renting and I would say that B.O.P have always come out on top regards service and communication. Many Thanks for putting us in touch with our dream home!

purhcase of our new home

form start to finish the experience of buying our new home through Bond Oxborough Phillips was excellent. the initial viewing was great with no pushy sales pitches. all follow ups, call backs and updates were very prompt and they were most helpful to say the least a far cry from the agents that had just sold our property. I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling as a first class agent to chose.

Phillipa Bishop is an amazing estate agent

I would just like to thank Phillipa for all of her hard work throughout the process of our purchase. It appeared that our chain all had solicitors which weren't very forthcoming with information to which Phillipa managed to get this out of them and help arrange the completion date. Out of all of the parties involved with our purchase she was by far the most helpful and would do anything to get you the answers you required and got back to us very quickly each time. Thank you so much for all of your help and I would highly recommend Bond Oxborough Phillips when buying or selling your home.

Professional, helpful and efficient.

Bond Oxborough Phillips have marketed and sold two properties for me in the last three years.On both occasions I found their approach to be thorough and their advice realistic towards achieving a sale in a relatively short timescale. A good all-round service is provided from the initial presentation of sales particulars to regular updates on the progression of the conveyance process and staff have a good awareness of the local market and are knowledgable with regards to individual properties. Sale and Purchase

The help, advice and overall service received from everyone in the Bideford office was exemplory. The purchase wasn't totally straight forward and required careful negotiation with the vendor but we didn't need to get involved as Bond Oxborough Phillips dealt with everything. We would thoroughly recommend them for both sale and purchase of property.

We have used Bond Oxborough Phillips at Bideford to buy, rent and sell property and have found them to be professional, honest, helpful and enthusiastic to a fault, with enormous experience and valuable contacts within the area. We have happily left all aspects in their charge to our complete satisfaction; Lee and Chrissie on the rental side and Phillippa on sales being our main contacts, really pleasant and highly proficient individuals, which can be said of everyone else in the team.- for example Neil Phillips, who achieved an offer on our property the day after it was marketed. Excellent service throughout.

I recently purchased a property in Bideford & liased mostly with Phillippa Bishop at Bond Oxborough. I found her to be friendly & efficient. Phonecalls were returned & all questions were answered as soon as possible. I always felt a valued client & she was always willing to help or find a way around a problem. Bideford lettings where great
