A big thank you to Edd Taylor at Ewemove for sell my house, for an amount higher than I had expected. Edd was great throughout the entire process, very professional, friendly and able to answer any questions that I had. Searching for a home as a first time buyer has been incredibly stressful. My experiences with various estate agents has not always been encouraging. On two previous occasions I had also been in touch with two other EweMove branches for different properties and I did not have a good experience either. On seeing a property in Dartford recently, I reluctantly contacted the EweMove Bexleyheath office to arrange a viewing. Lema got back to me and I was able to book a viewing. The day of the viewing fell on the National Rail strike day, I contacted Lema and she agreed to wait for me. I am really grateful for her patience and overall warm and friendly character. My interaction with Lema restored my trust in EweMove again.
It all started from the first day I viewed the property, Ed was a great guy and he handed me over to the property manager and she was fantastic. I will advice if you need a property go to EweMove and ask for the property manager (Emily Sains) She listened to all my complains, treat them in a very professional way, quick to respond to my emails about any faults and took it upon herself to make my moving very comfortable.
