Beyond the call of duty

We enlisted the help of Fisks towards the end of 2015 to sell a property (a probate sale). They very quickly organised an open day, and we soon had a dozen or so offers, several were considerably above our asking price. Unfortunately we lost our first buyers over Christmas due to unavoidable circumstances. But Fisks quickly found new buyers, and we were soon back on track. Fisks did so much more than just finding us a buyer:- - they discussed & advised on the merits of potential buyers and their offers - they accompanied buyers and their contractors on numerous visits to the house - they advised/recommended local trades to affect some minor repair work - they kept in touch with all parties to follow progress and keep the process on the rails - they chivvied & chased the three solicitors in the chain (which is a bit like herding sheep!) - they read the service meters and checked the clearance company had left the property clean & tidy prior to sale completion Who could ask for more? So its 5 stars for Fisks. Thank you guys!
