House was left in better condition than found when renting. Deposit not returned.
New carpet and paintwork throughout. Even the tiles in kitchen painted white. Modern Curtain tracks etc left. Much better than found on moving in. Deposit not returned due to 'repainting' which should be standard when tenants leave. Also stated there was dog odour which was VERY untrue! Damage to one internal door wasn't disputed. Should not have amounted to almost full deposit.

Never back to This agency
I rent the house from that’s agency house was in terrible condition, they don’t respect customer I had wait months on some easy repairs or they didn’t answer on my phones or messages now when I cancel my contact I wait already 3 weeks for my deposit. STAY AWAY don’t did my mistake that’s is a joke not a agency!!!!!
