Inadequate attention paid to repairs of rented property

I rent a house managed by this company and I find their customer service is quite bad. We reported a list of repairs that were needed when we first moved in and 2 months later we are waiting for repairs. For the first month of us living there we had neither a working washing machine or shower. All tenants of the house have been in correspondence with the company either by phone or by email and we find the response inadequate.
