Personal , prompt, efficient
F5 Property Ltd previously trading as Intralet let has managed my properties for several years. The properties are promptly let and any issues quickly dealt with. I value the personal contact with Brian and Christine and the advice on legal or maintenance issues that they can provide. I receive a monthly landlord report which keeps me current on each property. Intralet provides an efficient, prompt and friendly letting service and I would highly recommend them.

Intralet are efficient, professional and reliable.
I rented a property through Intralet in 2014 and 2015. From the outset, everything was handled extremely efficiently. Brian sent me very clear instructions via email and text, and the whole process of registering on the Intralet website, signing the contract, and setting up my direct debit was a breeze. Any time an issue arose I was able to log it on the Intralet website in the maintenance section. Or, if it was an emergency, my call was always answered promptly and handled with professionalism and politeness, with all the relevant information given or action taken. I didn't have past experience of dealing with letting agents, only private landlords. I can safely say that if I ever rent a property in Belfast again it will be through Intralet. I never met John, but Brian, Christine and Kieran were all terrific, and I would be delighted to recommend Intralet to anyone.

Friendly, thoughtful and thorough.
Very friendly and thoughtful agents. I trust them implicitly to know how high to set rent and for advice on repairs and maintenance. They take away a lot of the worry and hassle of letting.

Intralet provide an excellent service for landlords and tenants.
I became a landlord by accident when I had to move abroad for work. At the time I couldn’t find an agent in Northern Ireland to manage my house, so I did my best from a distance, but it really took its toll on the place. When I found out about Intralet and they agreed to manage the place for me, they went to a huge effort to bring the property up to standard again, to maximise the rent for me of course, but also to enhance the rental experience for the tenants. And that’s the key point I’d like to make about Intralet, they look after tenants whilst doing the right thing by their clients. Anyone who has ever rented a property will know what a difficult balancing act that can be, but happy tenants and happy landlords make for enduring relationships and therefore make sound business sense. Their payment and reporting systems are top class, with any maintenance issues dealt with swiftly and smoothly.

F5 Property, formerly Intralet, are a great firm to work with. We found them via a recommendation from business colleagues who rightly cited their professionalism, friendliness, approachability, efficiency and thoroughness as strong selling points. Not only do they market and manage our properties efficiently, but they deal fairly and compassionately with tenants so that a good relationship is maintained. They deal quickly with maintenance issues and problems and only present matters to us once they have a recommended and considered solution. This makes life very easy for us. I would recommend them without reservation.

F5 Letting Agents-The A Team!
Brian and Christine have been managing the let of my property for a number of years. During that time I have found them to be consummate property management professionals able to convey the focused personal approach whilst also implementing a cutting edge management service. I particularly like the detailed and frequent management reports they produce as I'm frequently travelling and I find these reports provide me a succinct and holistic view of my property. I haven't yet had a letting void and whilst that is directly related to the property it's also in no short measure a result of Intralets excellent marketing approach and undoubtably also attributable to the equally excellent service they deliver to the tenants on their books. A very difficult balance to achieve but one they do which benefits both sides in the letting equation. I've been a landlord since 1993 and owned rental properties throughout the uk and further afield and to date Intralet has been the best agents I've used and that's no mean feat! Well done!

F5/Intralet provide an excellent, courteous service which is very efficient and accommodating. I would certainly recommend Intralet to any potential tenants seeking rental properties in Belfast. I've been with this letting agent for a year and a half now and they've continuously been really helpful from day one. For example, they converted my heating system in the apartment from Economy-7 to Gas, which I was most grateful for, and was a fantastic job too. I normally deal with Christine Flanagan from Intralet, who is a really lovely lady; very professional and always on-the-ball with anything relating to the property I rent. What I also really like about Intralet is that they are a family-run business, and you can be assured that any jobs needing done are always responded to quickly, and efficiently carried out by their maintenance staff. Certainly the best Letting Agent/landlords I have ever come across in all my years of renting properties... Definitely 5 Stars!
