Brian and Christine have been managing the let of my property for a number of years. During that time I have found them to be consummate property management professionals able to convey the focused personal approach whilst also implementing a cutting edge management service. I particularly like the detailed and frequent management reports they produce as I'm frequently travelling and I find these reports provide me a succinct and holistic view of my property. I haven't yet had a letting void and whilst that is directly related to the property it's also in no short measure a result of Intralets excellent marketing approach and undoubtably also attributable to the equally excellent service they deliver to the tenants on their books. A very difficult balance to achieve but one they do which benefits both sides in the letting equation. I've been a landlord since 1993 and owned rental properties throughout the uk and further afield and to date Intralet has been the best agents I've used and that's no mean feat! Well done!
