F5 Property Ltd (formely 'Intralet Properties')

F5/Intralet provide an excellent, courteous service which is very efficient and accommodating. I would certainly recommend Intralet to any potential tenants seeking rental properties in Belfast. I've been with this letting agent for a year and a half now and they've continuously been really helpful from day one. For example, they converted my heating system in the apartment from Economy-7 to Gas, which I was most grateful for, and was a fantastic job too. I normally deal with Christine Flanagan from Intralet, who is a really lovely lady; very professional and always on-the-ball with anything relating to the property I rent. What I also really like about Intralet is that they are a family-run business, and you can be assured that any jobs needing done are always responded to quickly, and efficiently carried out by their maintenance staff. Certainly the best Letting Agent/landlords I have ever come across in all my years of renting properties... Definitely 5 Stars!
