I’ve been renting a flat through Belvoir for the past 3 going on 4 years, and after all of the numerous useless and crooked agents I’ve experienced in 10 years of renting properties, Belvoir have restored my faith in letting agents as a whole. Exceptionally professional and always respond to emails/calls straight away - e.g. today had an issue with my gas meter, and within maximum of half an hour of me raising the issue, Belvoir sent out a contractor who sorted the issue within 5 minutes. Never had a single problem of any kind with Belvoir and couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly agency to rent with 🌟

We recently purchased our first home through Belvoir Belfast. Steve from Belvoir was very supportive and responsive in each step of the process. As a forst time buyer, we had several doubts which he patiently handled throughout the journey.

Excellent service, replace broken fridge in one day. Got full deposit back even though some wear and tear. Highly recommend.
