Utterly incompetent. Do not rent through this agency. Whenever something went wrong with the property, it took weeks to get fixed, we were left without hot water and heating in February for over 2 weeks, and I had to report them to Environmental Health before they fixed it. We also were left for 3 weeks without a washing machine. Despite me leaving the house in a better condition than I found it, they have withheld my deposit. They charge high admin fees, that do not reflect their input. Whitegates should come with a warning.

Avoid them like the plague!Our son has had no heating for a week in the middle of winter. They make promises to act and then do absolutely nothing!
