Rented through this office for over 5 years. Excellent service overall. Lovely cleaning and engineering staff they have for home visits. Would rent through them again.

It took us a while to get a viewing but when it happened Lewis was really helpful. Our viewing happened on time and was followed up.with an email explaining the next steps. The agency was at the end of the phone with any queries we had and updated us with the landlords instructions without prompt.

Good experience with Whitegates, haven't had any hassle with them, they are quick to respond and quick to resolve any issues and everyone I deal with were very friendly and helpful.
