I just wanted to send some really positive feed back about our yearly inspection that was carried out by Karen Hall. My family and I have lived at the address for over 6yrs now and as long tearm tenants in our home we have had many inspections. Karen was an absolute delight to meet and had the up most respect for our little home. She was very professional with her attention to detail on all repairs that need doing to our house. She took plenty of photographs and documented everything which was clear when we had the report sent to us the very next day. This is something that has never happened before. I feel very reassured. Thank you very much. I am sure Karen hall will be a very valued member of the Whitegates team.
