We had four estate agent value our house and they all gave very similar valuations, we decided to go with Martin & Co because they came across as being more friendly & personal but still professional in their approach. Our decision turned out to be the right one as they were excellent from start to finish, all the staff from Ian who came to do the valuation and photo's, Ellie who did the viewings and Liz who dealt with our buyers and both solicitors were very friendly and helpful throughout.
