I have been a tenant renting a flat from Property Bureau since July 2020. Our Property Manager over the course of my tenure has been Lisa, and I cannot express the amount of professionalism, approachability and helpfulness she has provided to both myself and my flatmate. We have also had contact with other members of the Property Bureau team, and have been met with the same standard as Lisa has shown. Over my time as a tenant, when we have raised any concern or fault in the flat, this has been met and dealt with quickly and professionally by the team. We have also had major troubles with our gas and electric company over our tenure, and when approached for advice, the Property Bureau team have went above and beyond what would be expected of a letting agent, and for this, I am forever grateful. I would happily recommend Property Bureau to anyone looking to rent property.
