I had an amazing experience buying my first property, and that’s largely thanks to Denise from the Windsor branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Even after the offer was accepted, Denise stayed really involved and proactive. She chased solicitors and the seller regularly, which helped to speed things up significantly - something I really appreciated as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the process. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared.
