We purchased our apartment through Ashington Page, they didn’t mind how many times we wanted to see the property and once we had our offer accepted they relayed any further queries to the vendor. On the day of completion there was a prolonged delay in us waiting to take possession of the keys though this had nothing to do with them, they couldn’t be more helpful and in particular staff member named Lisa who stayed beyond her normal working hours to ensure we got the keys before the solicitor closed for the weekend. If in the future we decide to move we would definitely use this estate agent.

We recently bought a house through Ashington Page, having viewed about 6 properties with 3 of their agents. All of the estate agents we met were lovely; informative, kind, honest, patient with our two young kids. They’re all very knowledgeable about the area which was a huge help. Once we were in the buying process they were always responsive and reassuring and generally a pleasure to deal with (never thought I’d say that about an estate agent.)
