I seldom give five star reviews but Rush Witt and Wilson (Battle) have earned them. There had been little interest in our property so we were looking to change agents when their letter dropped on the mat. They matched our property with a potential buyer and arranged viewings. Negotiations were carried out quickly resulting in a fair price for both parties. We were kept informed at every stage from valuation to final completion. Whenever we contacted their office, by phone or in person, professional and friendly staff knew who we were and all about our property. All questions were promptly answered and phone calls quickly returned. Buyers, sellers and solicitors were all kept in the loop leading to as smooth a transaction as these things can ever be. I can think of nothing about the service they provided that could be improved upon and am delighted to be able to give them a well deserved five stars.

We sold our property, and bought our new home, through Rush Witt and Wilson in Battle. We were very impressed with the staff; they were knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Our experience was that of a smooth process, from start to finish, with regard to both our sale and purchase.

Staff in the Battle branch of Rush Witt & Wilson have been absolutely outstanding during the process of selling our house. Initially we'd planned for an assessment of the value of our house with a view to putting it on the market once the Brexit storm had passed but David suggested there would be a strong likelyhood of a sale as things stood. We investigated what properties were available for us, realised that moving could be a reality and asked David to make our house available to the interested parties he had mentioned. We were then visited by Emma who took some lovely picutures of our house and garden and when the brochure was pubished a couple of weeks later David came good on his promise. Talk about impressed! Viewings started on Wednesday 29 May and 16 people had seen the house by the following Wednesday when we had a buyer! We then found a new build house that suited our needs, signed up for that and everything looked great - until the buyer of our house pulled out! David said we shouldn't worry because he was confident that we'd get another buyer soon because he knew of several more people who were interested in our property, which was very comforting since we were in danger of losing our new home. Within days we had another buyer who this time has not let us down and we're due to complete on 20 September but the road to that point has been very stressful. Throughout the process we received regular phone calls from Amy to keep us up to date and that coupled with the confidence exuded by David and all the staff we dealt with help make things easier. My wife and I have been very impressed with the service we've received from Rush Witt & Wilson, expecially so with regard to David managing to get us such a good price for our house.
