We dealt with the team at Rush Witt and Wilson in Battle when looking at a new home in the Boreham Street area that they were managing the sale for. During the process of arranging viewings, gathering relevant information, and ultimately making offers and buying the property I found the team (and Amy in particular) to be highly responsive, helpful and professional.

I seldom give five star reviews but Rush Witt and Wilson (Battle) have earned them. There had been little interest in our property so we were looking to change agents when their letter dropped on the mat. They matched our property with a potential buyer and arranged viewings. Negotiations were carried out quickly resulting in a fair price for both parties. We were kept informed at every stage from valuation to final completion. Whenever we contacted their office, by phone or in person, professional and friendly staff knew who we were and all about our property. All questions were promptly answered and phone calls quickly returned. Buyers, sellers and solicitors were all kept in the loop leading to as smooth a transaction as these things can ever be. I can think of nothing about the service they provided that could be improved upon and am delighted to be able to give them a well deserved five stars.

We recently sold our property with the rye rush witt department and I can honestly say that they were nothing but brilliant. From the very start when Ralph came round to value, up until the final moments before completion. We were looked after for 6 months by Barnaby and what a little star he was. He really got me through it and supported us the whole way. I would highly recommend this agency and in the future if I'm ever brave enough to move I'll be phoning these guys up straight away. Thank you to everyone in the team, especially Barnaby and Harry. You kept me sane during our 6 months of stress!!!! hahah!!
