The Battle Office of Rush Witt Wilson are undoubtedly the most hardworking and dedicated team of estate agents it is possible to meet. From the outset, David the office lead and all of his team treated us with respect, courtesy and kindness. We were treated as individuals and what became a very long drawn out process, due to buyers withdrawing, was dealt with efficiently and without fuss. From the outset the team at RWW Battle provided us with excellent service through what turned out be a challenging process. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years but I have to say without a shadow of doubt the Battle branch of Rush Witt & Wilson are the best estate agents we have ever used. We bought our house through them a number of years ago and even though it was a tricky purchase, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. When we decided to sell our home we did of course get three valuations but really there was only going to be one estate agent we were going to use. Rush Witt had many viewings on our previously advertised house and sold it relatively quickly in the not so great climate regardless of its previous failings. Ours was a not so straight forward sale in the end. it took longer than expected and ended up in the spiral of the lock down even though we were ready weeks before. This said the fault was not that of the estate agents or the solicitors. Rush Witt and all those member of staff who dealt with our case were amazing. very informative and chased solicitors and purchasers alike to keep the momentum at all times. all correspondence was professional and response times very quick.
