We have used Marsh and Parsons Battersea to let our flat twice in the past few years. Even when we've had two agencies on the job, they've never failed to deliver and beat their competition and deliver quality tenants. Emma, their lettings manager, provides a high level of feedback and dialogue throughout the process. My wife and I live some distance from the flat and the additional support Emma has provided has been hugely appreciated.
I have been renting out my house with M&P for a few years now. They are phantastic, lovely people, very efficient, especially the Northcote Road branch. Not too pushy, but always found tenants straight away when I needed them. I would recommend a let only though, as my experiences with their central management department were not as great. But overall a really good agency I can wholeheartedly recommend.
