Jem is a very professional estate agent and he has been very helpful and organised throughout the entire process. He made everything very easy and straightforward for us and is always very quick to respond to any questions. Now that we are fully settled in he has remained in contact with us and is always willing to help with any issue we may have. He's very reliable and I will definitely be asking for his help in the future were I to look for another property.

Still with Martin and Co as our property managers. After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. She has, in the span of a month, arranged painting of the flat and fixing our heating in time for winter. Her enthusiasm for her tenants is refreshing and commendable.
