Working with Martin & Co Battersea Reach has been an easy and professional process from start to finish. Having identified a flat that we were interested on a Monday morning, our estate agent, Jem Bayley, made the process as quick and easy as possible and we had offered and signed for the flat that same day. Jem was extremely helpful in answering any question we had in detail as well as honestly. We had to sign for this flat having never viewed it in person, which usually would be a stressful and difficult process. However, Jem took the time to video the walk right around the development, inside the building itself as well as walking us through the flat. Having now seen the flat in person, we are extremely impressed the Battersea Reach and everything was exactly as we expected having spoken with Jem in detail over the past week. We have not always had the most successful or painless experiences with estate agents, so this whole process has been a refreshing breath of fresh air!
