After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. She has, in the span of a month, arranged painting of the flat and fixing our heating in time for winter. Her enthusiasm for her tenants is refreshing and commendable.

Martin & Co Chelsea and Hong Kong have been my letting agent since 2011. Throughout this decade they have consistantly provided effective and efficient service. They come highly recommended.
