Antoinette and her team have rented and managed our properties for many years and we have been delighted with the service. It is reassuring to know, as a landlord that all legislation is up to date. Martin and co are also fair with the tenants and ensure the properties are in good order. We recently decided to sell our properties and this coincided with a lengthy business trip. In order to have the properties ready for sale, Antoinette and her team, organised quotes from contractors, who were very competitive and organised the work in our absence.We could not have been more pleased with the efficient, professional and friendly service we received. I can not fault the service received from Antoinette and her team. The service was professional, the communication was clear, straightforward & quick. I can thoroughly recommend their service, response and property management. They provide an excellent service and are always available to sort any issues out. They seem like a real friendly company, which is a rarity these days! From buying to letting to property management 5 stars and very proud landlord to have Martin and co managing my portfolio.
