Rented property through Martin & Co for 3.5 years. Very difficult circumstances at the start of the Lockdown but agent has always been supportive and reactive to any issues with the property. Responded to maintenance issues identified promptly and undertook regular checks for both my safety and to ensure adhering to my responsibilities. Through positive communication refunded entire deposit at the end of the contract without any problems. Brilliant agent and way better than previous agent. Geoff Pendrill
