Zest are by far the best estate agents in Bath, perfect mix of modern approach to images/marketing, but also very approachable. They also give realistic price valuations (they don't over or under sell just for a quick commission). My partner and I are new into the rental market however Zest have been the most helpful company supporting us through every step of the process. They have been so responsive with emails, making very clear points about every part of the process clearly explaining everything. They got our property rented out super quickly and had numerous offers put in, it was a very easy and quick process. Very professional in their and extremely supportive, could not recommend enough.

I have recently let out my flat through Zest and they were very quick to find me a suitable tenant. The whole experience has been very smooth and efficient with excellent communication from Em. I am very happy to recommend them and in particular Em as she really went above and beyond her job description by making the time and effort to vacuum my flat. (It is a top floor flat in a town house so this meant hauling a vacuum cleaner up quite a few flights of stairs).
