I have recently let out my flat through Zest and they were very quick to find me a suitable tenant. The whole experience has been very smooth and efficient with excellent communication from Em. I am very happy to recommend them and in particular Em as she really went above and beyond her job description by making the time and effort to vacuum my flat. (It is a top floor flat in a town house so this meant hauling a vacuum cleaner up quite a few flights of stairs). For me this showed a clear understanding that my tenant is moving into a home and it's not just about the 'business' side of things for Zest but providing a considered service to both the landlord and tenant. I feel very confident that my property will be well looked after.
