Really nice property four students and I rented for a year. Zest's service was great because they were responsive and empathetic when we needed help or raised an issue with them about our property, and left us alone when we didn't require their help, which is exactly what we wanted when living in a rented property!

I was a tenant at a property with Zest for 4.5 years and they have always been really helpful and communicative. With them being a smaller local letting agent they really have a personal touch I haven't experienced before with other agencies. Especially as when I first moved in I was early 20s and in a student area I expected the feistier reception I've had from other agencies, but Zest have been great 👍
