Lisa, Emily, and the rest of sales team did a fantastic job of selling our period apartment. I invited a number of agent to view our flat to discuss the sale. Lisa was the only agent who listened and advised as well seemed to actually care. After the ‘Truss budget’ my expectations were limited but I was surprised by the number of viewing booked and after a few weeks we had a number offers and exceeded our asking price!!!! After the sale was agreed Lisa looked after the sales process very carefully and as usual had to do a lot of the solicitors work. Our experience with Zest was superb from beginning to end. When we originally contacted Zest, we explained that we were looking to sell the house to fund an expected stay in a Nursing Home for a relative. Glenn took the time to listen to our situation, and made some very practical suggestions as to how to optimise the sale of the property, and then re-invest in two small flats to generate a more substantial cashflow to fund the nursing home. We were so taken by this sensitive and professional approach, that when our relative died shortly afterwards, it was a no-brainer to retain Zest for the sale. The sales was managed by Lisa, for whom nothing was too much trouble- recommending an informal survey so that we knew the state of the house, cleaners to make the place look clean and tidy, removals companies, and lots of other practical matters.
