Ayla is one of the most communicative and friendly agents on the Martin & Co team! She helped me negotiate rent with my landlord, being massively helpful and considerate every step of the way. I hadn't always had good communication from the team here but Ayla has actually really changed my opinion of Martin & Co!

They managed my tenancy for over 2 years and were incredibly helpful and got things sorted when anything flared up. They were always very pragmatic and gave honest opinions when challenges or changes arose. I would recommend them.
