I have let my flat with Martin & Co for 4 years they have always been very professional, quickly resolving issues, completing paperwork and finding/ vetting new tenants I would definitely recommend them

M&Co worked quickly to sort out referencing and paperwork so our move in to the property was smooth. Gaye was always friendly and any maintenance issues we had with the property were resolved. They were consistently kind and considerate when conducting property viewings - James was lovely - and were respectful of our space. Thanks guys!

Tough year but agents did all they could with a nightmare landlord -special mention to Jane at Martin and co as she truelly is a diamond. When the tenancy ended they chucked the landlord and rightly so! In hindsight a decent firm fighting a losing battle.
