I was a first time renter but Belvoir made the process seamless. Jo Jones put me at ease during checking-in and checking-out and so it was less stressful than I had anticipated. We worked with Natalie for the purchase of our new house, and she was absolutely amazing! Very professional and responsive, she was really good at chasing both sides to make sure the process wasn't unduly delayed and kept us fully up to date at all points during the sale. She was also really friendly and it was a pleasure to speak with her. My sister is going through the same process with another estate agents and her experience has been below average. I felt that Belvoir Basingstoke have gone above and beyond with their services, we even received a house warming box upon collecting the keys which was a really lovely touch and contained a few of the essentials! We purchased a property being sold through Belvoir. From the beginning of the process everyone we spoke to was very helpful and responsive. Once our offer was accepted, Natalie, Move Manager, gave us regular updates and consistently chased all solicitors in the chain to get us moved. I received more updates from Natalie than I did from my own estate agent and solicitor. Natalie was amazing! We also received a nice welcome box when we picked up the keys. Letting with Belvoir was a great experience from the start when Tracey showed us around the property to the admin side of signing the contract, property checks and advice on giving notice was handled professionally. The rentals team is really friendly and always available for help. It was a great experience and very different to the last agency we let with, in what can be a stressful process it really does matter who you rent with and I would highly recommend Belvoir.

Belvoir were amazing! They were our vendor's estate agent, not ours but they were a lot more helpful than my own estate agent. It was a tricky sale from start to finish due to stamp duty deadlines and my solicitor's incompetence and without Natalie at Belvoir, I really don't know how it would have happened in time. She was constantly there for me as much as her vendors. She always kept me in the loop and helped the whole process go through, constantly chasing everyone and going out of her way to make things happen. I couldn't have got through it without her. And then, just an hour after we moved in, we received a lovely gift box with everything we needed for our first night in a new home: tea, yummy biscuits, bin bags etc. I can't recommend them enough. I have been telling everyone about them!

Belvoir, you are honestly amazing! From the moment we put our house on the market with you, you were great! So many ups and downs during the course of our sale: buyer pulling out after 5 months, the stress of completing within stamp duty holiday and tight time frames due to mortgage offers expiring.
