Went to the agency in the middle of the pandemic as my previous landlord ended up in a position he had to sell his property. The viewing and arranging the property was mostly straight forward with nothing note worth pre tenancy. On the signing day, there was a lot of paperwork (Which is standard!) but included in that was a full inventory which was honest and hid nothing. Fast-forward to why I'm leaving this review, due to a misunderstanding on my end I bought my pet hamster along with me. This caused an issue when Belvior visited to see how we were settling into the property. However, they were polite, non accusatory, and swift in resolving the issue. Thanks to Shahida, the landlord was contacted and I was granted permission to keep my little buddy! I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service was great! Stress Free Sale!

From meeting Jamie from Belvoir, Basingstoke, for a Probate House Valuation to Completion of the House Sale we were kept informed of progress at every stage either by telephone or mobile. All the staff at Belvoir were extremely helpful and always rang back, we never had to chase them up! The whole process was completely stress free, quite an achievement during the Pandemic!

5 stars well deserved, I had to move overseas from the UK, the staff went out of their way to help me with property check-out, they kept me updated, and were very helpful in general.

Having had poor experiences with letting agents in the past, reliability and good communication are of huge importance to me as a tenant. Belvoir Basingstoke have been fantastic throughout our time as tenants with them. They have always been very professional, friendly, available to reach by phone or email (even during the pandemic) and very helpful in every way. Jo has been very helpful throughout the ending of our tenancy, and has been very fair when meditating between us and our landlord. Our whole experience of renting through Belvoir has been easy and stress-free, and I would highly recommend!

Recently purchased a property via Belvoir of Basingstoke. Had the pleasure of dealing with professional, courteous and friendly staff throughout the entire process. Natalie was my dedicated "Move Manager" and she was nothing short of fantastic at every point. She was so friendly, kept everything on track, chasing other parties where required and made sure everything was brought across the line smoothly and in a timely manner. She is a true asset to the company, and really good to see that an Agent has a dedicated person to manage everything after the offer process! And finally, the "Moving in box" that came with me collecting the keys was a great little touch with a few essentials. I think others could learn a lot from Belvoir! I recently bought house in Basingstoke. Emily showed us the house followed by Katie. They were very nice , professional and followed all covid 19 rules. I used speak to Jamie, Sarah Jane and Emily regularly over the phone regarding the purchase. Emily introduced me to Jack the mortgage advisor who helped me with the mortgage. Jamie always kept us upto date with process. Whole team of Belvoir Basingstoke is very patient and helpful. There was time when I almost lost the property, bit Jamie helped me to retain it. I wasn't able to collect the keys. Jamie very promptly sent lovely John with the house keys and a very useful surprise gift. They added a personal touch to the whole purchase process and held my hand throughout. I am really happy with the whole team and ever so grateful to them.
