Having to use Belvoir for a purchase of a property. We were assigned Nathaniel who couldn't do enough with his easy friendly manner, showing us around the property and follow up viewings. At no time did we fill rushed while we measured up etc as we had specific requirements for downsizing.

Cant recommend enough, smooth application and moving in process with friendly service and instant responses to emails and questions. In addition, the inventory was the best we have ever seen with photos of everything and in detail and all damage logged prior to move in and everything clean.

We recently ended our 4+ yrs tenancy with Belvoir. Right from 2021 till Jul this year their services have been exceptional. A big shout out to Jo Jones , Rachel who were of great support in ensuring quick resolution of maintenance issues.during our tenancy. Jo Jones ensured that the check out formalities were hassle free and even took the extra effort to sort out the deposit refund in a record time. The communication throughout this period was seamless. Would strongly recommend Belvoir for any Lettings !!
