I can only start this review by saying that Tracey from Belvoir is a real asset without any doubt! We had a viewing booked with her and we were pleasantly surprised when we meet her and saw how nice she was. Everything went nice and smooth and she explained everything we needed to know about the process and what that involves. Really pleased with her and really glad we met her .

I have been under the care of Belvoir lettings for about a good year and a half. Previously we were under a different agency who left us in the dirt constantly having to fix our own issues most of the time, we weren't even informed that Belvoir was taking over until Belvoir themselves told us. However since we have been under their care i can only sing praises especially Jo who carries out our inspections and is always friendly and proffesional aldo Kate whi has managed the rent payments very efficiently. Without making this too long i just want to thank the aformentioned for such great service is truly a pleasure on our side to be managed by such a great team hopefully for many years more.
