Trevor at Barons was the agent we bought our house from and I ended up speaking to him much more than the agents selling our house! I got the feeling that Trevor drove the whole process and was the one making sure everything got done, even when it wasn't his responsibility. I was glad to have Trevor as a point of contact.
Due to the complexities attached to our property, without Trevor Lee at Barons, I truly believe that the sale of our house would not have progressed to completion. If there was an obstacle in our way then Trevor found the answer. Without his tenacity I think we would have given up. Certainly if we had used an internet estate agents we would most definitely not have progressed to a completion. The support that he provided through very testing times was second to none. I cannot praise all the team at Barons highly enough for their professionalism from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Barons were outstanding in their service in assisting me to purchase my property from start to finish. Property hunting, let alone buying is renowned for being stressful, but Barons made every effort to ensure that the process was stress free and they accomdated for all my needs. The team is welcoming, apporachable and hard working for each of their clients and I felt happy to go to them with any queriy no matter how small, or insignifcant it seemed. Being a first time buyer too, they guided me through the process, explaining each step as it came and regulalry updated me without the need for a prompt. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be returning to them when I come to sell a property of my own.
I had the pleasure of buying and selling through Barons. The whole process was managed faultlessly by Barons. Clear and concise communication at all times and no point did my partner and I ever feel like we didn't know what was next in the process and the associated timeframe. Where these guys really excel is at the point of sales progression. Barons proactively manage every aspect and demonstrate a level of professionalism at every opportunity. We contracted with Barons after we fired our previous agency for sheer ineptitude and appalling communication skills - and as now very nervous sellers, were delighted to find Barons took on board our concerns and made sure they kept very clear lines of communication open. They were the model of consistency, gave us good advice, and made sure our sale went through as quickly as possible - with no inconsiderable effort on their part. Every member of the team we worked with was both responsive and pleasant to work with, and I'd have no hesitation in working with them again.
Moving home is in itself a stressful process however with the guidance of the Barons team I was reassured at every moment I needed them. They were, without exception, both kindhearted and informative when I was unsure of the procedures. I was truly delighted with the service provided and at a competitive price. Moving home isn't something one does often so my experience is limited, though I would have to go far to find a better team. Thank you all.
From start to finish there is just not enough words to describe how good the team at Barons is! The moment you meet them with their down to earth approach you know that they are going to do their best for you. The directors, Trevor and Kevin are very knowledgable and the information they give is second to none. Barons exceeded our expectations; great communication, professional, approachable and efficient. They sold our house within 24 hours and were very supportive and understanding during the photos and viewings as we have two young children. In particular, Phil Sutton went above and beyond - he was even left holding the baby and playing with a toddler! It took us a while to find our dream home to buy and Barons supported us throughout this process. I would recommend Barons to all our local friends/family.
