I will never deal with this agents again.Made offer on three properties, other agent was selling cheaper then them.They don't like it and kept the seller and buyer in dark just to get their commission.CHEAP Booked appointment with the mortgage adviser and he didn't have my full documents, but cancelled appointment one hour before by sending mail and leaving voice mail.Didn't have guts to talk to their clients, such as unprofessional behaviour about them told me we can't help young reason was given. Staff where pushy and rude. They did not turn up to a booked viewing on time, or at all if I didn't call in to chase them. Company seems very unorganised and would suggest that you avoid.

Deducted money from my deposit without telling me beforehand, I only found out after checking my bank account, and I never received a final inventory. Overall, just not worth the trouble.
