Customer service is non existent, lady names Joanne just tried to argue with me on the phone! No one checked the house before I moved in, so house was in an uninhabitable condition, had to sort this myself as I was in a desperate situation with a baby. Don't bother with them, so many problems and I've only been living here 2 months! Wish I had gone elsewhere. After posting this review, I was contacted by Michael Bacon the Area Manager. He kept in contact with me and updated me on everything. Very polite and helpful, needed him from the start.
