We was recommended to speak to an mortgage advisor when calling balgores to look at properties, myself and my husband made an appointment with Lucy. I was not expecting the service she has given us from day one of meeting her. I can honestly say myself and my husband's case wasn't the easiest but Lucy was able to secure us a mortgage!! Living out of the area and selling my mother in laws property as she had been admitted to a dementia home was an emotional decision. A buyer was secured swiftly after sealed bids but a buyer was found that was most suitable for a swift completion. Despite challenging times with Covid-19..
