Amazing experience with the lovely Starr at Balgores, Basildon. From start to finish she has given us so much peace of mind and made the process so simple and easy. We have used a few other Estate Agents in the past who we have had so many problems with, although I was reluctant to use another Estate Agent after the experience we previously had with various other Estate Agents. I can confidently say that for the first time, we are RELIEVED!! Starr's customer service was outstanding, if I ever had any concerns or worries she would be contactable straight away and would always call me back as soon as possible!
