I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jordan and I can honestly say that she made the process of finding my new home and getting settled in an absolute treat! She was so professional, kind, attentive and went above and beyond. She always kept me informed with what was going on and responded quickly to any inquiry I had, big or small. I am writing this review because I am so pleased at the level or service I have received and I feel that a few members of staff deserve special praise for their outstanding work. Our sales progression representative Sarah Oakley was diligent, responsive and attentive. She provided an first class service from start to finish. I also would like to give a special mention to Josh Finch who in the early part of our journey was also superb. Worth every penny and the above two are a credit to the company.

Amazing service. Super responsive and helpful. My family needed to move urgently and Mica Pengelly especially, managed to secure us a fantastic home, and finalise the move during a pandemic, national lockdown and the festive break - spanning Christmas and New years. You can imagine how anxious one would be trying to finalise a move during Christmas and New Years, but Balgores kept communicating which made the whole process seamless.

A BIG Thank you to Daniel Dawes, who helped us get out first mortgage. And the rest of the team who kept us posted with updates. Daniel was able to get us a principle in writing just after the first lockdown ended, which gave us an idea of how much could potentially be borrowed. This helped us to kickstart house hunting. Once we found our house, we had a couple of meetings, and he spent time with us explaining a lot of things, and was very patient with us too as sometime we were unsure about certain things.
