To say my vendor's solicitors tested the patience of everyone in the chain, and it took us 2 weeks after the initial exchange date to finally exchange today, Sarah was there every step of the way. I think the poor girl took the brunt of everyone's frustrations for the last 2 weeks and she has been nothing but extremely calm and professional, and on the end of the phone when needed. Buying a property during the pandemic has been a long, challenging and frustrating process.
