Disappointed with Property management team. They are argumentative rather than helpful to landlord. Tenant turned the house into a squalor in 4 weeks time but the properly management team refuse the urgent visit due to tenants privacy, disregarding their duty to protect landlord’s property. Definitely not landlord friendly.

On choosing lovelle to sell our house we were told that there would be a no sale no fee agreement. Our house was on the market with them for 12 months with roughly 12/13 views and no offers. One viewer towards the end of said 12 months …

Deeply disappointing experience with John Payne. They consistently failed to communicate, ignored refund agreements, and didn’t even follow their own complaints procedure — missing deadlines without explanation. I had to chase them at every step just to get answers on basic things like overcharges and missing payments. If you're a landlord who values accountability and clarity, go to Benham and Reeves instead. Avoid the stress.
