DDM Residential Barton

Doug and Michael from DDM have gone above and beyond helping me with the purchase of one of their properties. These would be my future go to for sales and purchases. great job thank you.

Would like to say thank you to Doug and Mike at Grimsby. Doug has been fantastic keeping me informed every step of the way. Would def recommend these guys to anyone

Maria at DDM Brigg has been outstandingly brilliant in the sale of our property. She has always been friendly, enthusiastic and reassuring, completely understanding of our worries, very efficient and like a dog with a bone ensuring progress is made. Thank you so much Maria, it was a pleasure meeting you, even if I never saw you without a facemask!

First time using DDM as our selling agent and if we were to sell again in the future, DDM is the only agent we would chose. We have just completed and the Scunthorpe team have been amazing from start to finish! An especially huge, huge thank you to Jamie. Jamie built up a great rapport with us from the get go and we knew we were in good hands. Jamie dealt with our viewings, the solicitors and gave us feedback and updates at least once a week, which was fantastic! Selling and looking for another property is stressful and especially in these uncertain times but Jamie was always positive, helpful and friendly as well as an absolute professional! We would 110% recommend DDM to anyone! Thank you so much!

Sold a property with no onward purchase via DDM. Dealt with Kelly who at all times was friendly, fair and most importantly very keen to achieve the best possible price for the property. I honestly cannot fault DDM's service from start to finish and should I ever find myself in that part of the country again, would never hesitate to revisit their services.

Kelly, Louise and Amanda were fab, from both viewings to keeping us upto date with the progress. The team even stayed past their finish time so that we could collect the keys so the wife didnt need to book a hotel for work. Everyone was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Thanks guys for helping with purchasing our amazing home.

Kelly at DDM Barton was nothing but professional and gave great customer service with the sale of our property. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in touch throughout the whole process. Thanks again Kelly great job done.

I’d recommend DDM Brigg, staff are very helpful and friendly always professional and my house sold in two months!

Darryl and Jamie at DDM were great throughout the purchase of my house. Always kept in touch with regular updates, can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve just completed my second house purchase using DDM Scunthorpe and this time has been no different to the first; Professional, personable and approachable from start to finish. We dealt with Darryl mostly and were particularly impressed with his customer service skills. Updated weekly, we felt we were always ‘kept in the loop’ and knew where we stood with the purchase. Darryl even contacted us after completion to give send his well wishes. I used a different local agent to sell my property and didn’t hear from them for over a month during the process, and have heard nothing since the sale. If I was ever to move again, I wouldn’t think twice about using DDM. Thanks for a great service.
