In particular, Kate Jeffery has exceeded my expectations in her role as Senior Propery Consultant, going above and beyond what I would consider to be good professional practice. She had guided us from the very beginning before we had taken the difficult final decision to sell my mother's property on her behalf. Sound professional advice based on a good, current experience of the housing market helped us to choose DDM as our estate agents and, as things have turned out, it has proved to be a very wise choice indeed. Update on completion: throughout the whole process, Kate and Emily have been professional and dedicated to obtaining a buyer for the house. The way they have done it has been so supportive, helpful and friendly. They have kept us updated at every stage and provided clear advice to help with decisions. Thanks to them both. Kate's valuation was honest and realistic and she clearly has lots of experience. She was so generous with her time with me talking through everything.
