Catherine Piccard is our property manager, and she is absolutely amazing, genuine, kind, and understand professional customer service skills. She makes communication easy for me and my partner due to us being autistic, she is very swift with replying and letting us know the results, and she gets issues resolved very quickly. We have here in Canterbury since July 2024. I have assigned to maintenance team Countrywide where support and logging any maintenance needs, All the staff are very friendly and helpful. But there is one lady who has been the best so far soon as any issues for maintenance needs addressed well she on it straight away. We have the best landlord which helps.
