She has made the transition into my apartment seamless. Thank you for being so efficient and personable when we met yesterday to pick up the keys and sign off final paperwork. Great job! Also a thank you to Joyti for enabling me to view the apartment in the first place - the viewing had been closed but Joyti informed me of a last minute cancellation-now I am the new tenant!
