Terrible experience. Had a property viewing scheduled in for 3pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Ten past 3, no sign of an estate agent anywhere so I called to be told they were on their way. 3:30pm comes and still no sign, no update and no apology so I had left to go to another viewing of a beautiful property let by a competitor (which we are now renting.) I then had a follow up call from Oulsnam asking what I thought of the property.. I got stood up by the estate agent so couldn’t have told you. It was incredibly disappointing to have had to chase where the estate agent was to begin with but to also not have recieved an apology was another kick in the teeth.
Would be helpful if they answered their phones
I was very disappointed the way I was treated. It was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing. People I spoke with over the phone, didn’t really care. In the end I gave up. I don’t know where has that old school letting agent’s courtesy gone.
After lettings properties for over 40 years this is quite simply the most terrible company I have had the misfortune to deal with.Business manager Michelle hasn't got a clue what day of the week it is never mind managing clients properties.Darren the lettings manager never takes responsibility for anything just refers you onto your business manager when you confront his lies he's stock remark is I will have discussions with my director.I urge anybody before dealing and giving 10 percent of your hard earned money to these scoundrels please do your homework as they make up imaginary costs they don't do the inventory correctly.For them to manage a property they charge upwards of 10 percent but constantly email the landlord as Michelle the business manager can't make decisions for herself.In conclusion if you want a company that deducts made up invoices and speak down to you on the phone this is the company to use
