We went to a few letting agencies after our house was flooded and we needed accommodation quickly. We received very little help until we met Kathryn at the Barnt Green branch of Oulsnam. She helped us through the process, liaised with lots of different parties and helped find accommodation quickly and professionally. She was an absolute God send. When we look to move house in a couple of years this will be the agents we will be approaching.

We recently had Oulsnam - Barnt Green team let out our property after being with AP Morgan for a month without any progress. The Oulsnam team have handled it from the valuation to the completing letting out process seamlessly. I have to mention Susie, Michelle and especially Kathryn (lettings negotiater) who mainly handled the account after the viewings, she always kept us in the loop and was available to answer any questions. Also, was very prompt in her communication and we really did have a very easy experience (especially after having been let down by the other agent).
