We recently had Oulsnam - Barnt Green team let out our property after being with AP Morgan for a month without any progress. The Oulsnam team have handled it from the valuation to the completing letting out process seamlessly. I have to mention Susie, Michelle and especially Kathryn (lettings negotiater) who mainly handled the account after the viewings, she always kept us in the loop and was available to answer any questions.
