After a lifetime of 'mediocre at best' experiences dealing with property agents and solicitors, we finally found a pleasant surprise at Oulsnam's after purchasing a property via them. Shelbi and Karen were two people who stood out...they were efficient, proactive and very pleasant to deal with. We would use them again if/when we sell our property.

Oulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's house in probate. An early offer fell through when the probate process took longer than we had hoped and Shelbi and her colleagues got straight back onto it and found another buyer quickly. They clearly know their market extremely well and knew when to push us and when to tell us to hold our nerve. Oulsnam have now sold my family two houses (in 1978 and 2021) and then sold them both for us (in 2021 and 2024) - a great job done!
